2. Counter-Notification Process

  • Identification of the removed material, including its URL before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice.

3. Actions Upon Receiving a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notification

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will take the following actions:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
  • Notify the user responsible for the content about the takedown.
  • If applicable, provide the alleged infringer with an opportunity to file a counter-notification.

If we receive a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit against the user within 14 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers Policy

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights. If a user has multiple copyright violations, we may suspend or permanently ban their access to BikeEvents.shop.

5. Good Faith and False Claims
